News filtering in from Television Continental (TVC), headquarters in Lagos, has it that the management might have sacked 145 staff of the media house.
There are indications also that TVC Africa has been rested for inability to break even, financially.
This, it was learnt, was the outcome of Friday’s town hall meeting with the Chief Exevutive Officer.
According to the CEO, the sack became imperative because the stations are not commercially viable.
He said TVC Nigeria and Radio are not making enough money to cater for TVC Africa.
